  The sign on the door said they open at 10:30. It is black Friday, but there were no other signs indicating a late opening today. We arrived at 10:45 to locked doors. My husband stood at the door and the employee inside just waved and kept going about her business. About 5 minutes later she came to the door and stated they would be opening in 11 minutes. We decided we would have better luck down the road at Burger King.

  More than once we go here and ugh can it be a hassle. We have had our orders taken wrong. Bad mixing of the ingredients onto the chicken. Non existent service at times. Pretty much everything. When they are on their game, they are great! Otherwise, well, it's just kind of there and always double check everything.
